How to become a section 8 landlord in PA
 Hi, I have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that I would like to rent out to section 8 tenants. I have rented 1 of these apartments to a section 8 tenant before, but that was over 8 years ago. I'm sure things have changed since then. I can't even remember who to call about section 8. The only thing I do remember, is that someone came out to inspect the place. I know that they require certain things, like handrails on steps, but I don't remember what else you need to do. Do I need some sort of license or permit? Can you point me in the right direction? I live in Pittsburgh PA, Allegheny county. Thanks,
    Anne
