I have light brown hair I went to the hairdress about 2 years ago to go blonde she said you have to go gradually so the first time she put 3 different blonde shades and a toner when I went back I told her I wanted it light so she said she would put more streaks of the light blonde and she did my roots in foil instead of using 3 different shades that were originally put in the first time after a couple of days I notice that I had big patches of light blonde on half of the length. So was pretty upset after I've been spending money to be done right now the next time I went I told her I didn't really like it and I wanted I all blonde she say OK well it came out the same as last time now with orange on the top of my roots basically should she be putting me in the dryer and should I go(am going) to another salon a she if I can get a consultion because I really think this girl at this salon doesn't know how to dye hair I've been spending 100.00 every time. I'm like I'm surprise when I go in the salon they ain't embrassed on how she does my hair I think they should fix it for free.

You should really ask to speak to the manager of that salon and let him/her know about what happened with the girl that did your hair. Maybe he'll/she'll arrange a consultation with one of his/her other stylists and do it for free.
