Better put the icecream back in the freezer, and start doing some physical exercizing !
First of all this keeps you trim(mer), but it also is very good for your physical and mental condition.
Don't hide away : go out there into that big world. Enjoy social contacts. You're free again. Make the best of it !

I second all of the above. Just take care of yourself and don't let yourself get down too much, it's hard getting back up.

Getting out of you home and becoming involved in anything that you can and being around other people who are involved in positive activities. I know that this can take a huge effort, but it is about making choices...

Best not to be sitting around wallowing around in what might have been and making choices and taking action on those things that can be...

You can turn your "scars into stars", but it's a matter of choice...

You must grieve the death of the relationship... don't keep your emotions inside or they will warp you down the road. That involves crying to relieve the tension and suffering... keeping in the back of your mind that this is the cure so that you can have a happy life in the future.

It generally take half the time the relationship existed to get over the loss of it. For example, using myself as an example, I was married for nine years... it did take me about 4=5 years to recover from the loss... not thinking of him, making my own life apart from him, and so on...

    Good Luck!
