Hi I am international student right now studying in usa in mba in health care management program and I want some help from any one that what are the opportunities after completion of mba in health care management program in usa and in india?
And how many times can an int'l student can take transfer? If there are more transfer then is there any problem to get the h-1 visa? What are the factors that affect to get the h-1 visa? Thank you... |

Hi, I am travelling to US on H1B which is valid till 2008.I would required to be there in US for long term (six to one year or more). Does my current employer would apply for a transfer for my H1B to L1 or how it'll be or can I stay on my H1B. Please clarify.
