How to install 100amp sub panel
I have a house with a 200 amp service. All of the breakers are in use. I want to create a kitchen/washroom in my basement. I need enough amps for a washer/dryer, stove/refrigerator, 8-10 lights and plugins. I don't thing a 60amp double pole breaker is big enough, how do I install a 100amp subpanel?

Sub-Panel install [ 1 Answers ]

I'm in the process of some mild renovation and I'm going to need to install a few new circuits at the opposite end of the house than the main panel is. Might scrap 200amp upgrade and go with a bigger 100amp panel [ 10 Answers ]

Hey all! Reading all the posts about 200amp panels and the costs is making my head hurt along with my wallet. I think I will just have the existing 100 swapped out for a larger panel... say a 30/30 100amp (or are there larger ones? ). I live in a 77+ year old house with some older knob&tube...
