    Hi I'm 17 and she's 18 is it legal to date and such. Please help.

    Its legal to date, however where the gray line comes in is if you ever move to sexual stuff.

    Depending on where you live, the rules for statutory rape differ. So the only time you could get into trouble is if you get sexual with her before you are 18.

    Yes, it is legal to date, Now having sex may or may not be depending on where you live.
