    Im tryking to find out who owns this house next to our business . The property is vacant and we would like to buy it. How do we find out who owns it?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Just check with the county clerk. They usually maintain the recording of deeds.
