    Tub leaking water
I noticed there is water on my bathroom floor after taking baths. The water is at the end of the tub and not along the entire perimeter. I am wondering if the problem is just caulking or something other than that?

We can assume that this is not water from the users feet, right? You might have a leaking mixing valve or drain pipe. The first step is to test for the drain. Fill several buckets of water at another faucet than the tub. Pour all of the buckets of water into the tub and check to see if the water appears on the fllor, if it does you have drain leak, maybe the trap. If you don't get water from the first test we will need to look at the mixing valve. Is this a tub/shwer or just a tub? Can you get the handle and trim plate off the mixing valve?

You are correct, it isn't from the user's feet. I am going to give the plumber I have coming to inspect it what you listed in your answer. I am sorry. I am not sure what you are referring to as the handle plate of the mixing valve. Is that the faucet?
    Thank you for your response.

Yes , I was referring to the faucet which is usually a hot/cold mixing valve for the tub. If you have decided to call a plumber he probably will check thes item without you giving him a list. It may be more politically correct to just observe him and only bring up these items if he misses them.
