    Legal Separation
    I have been married almost two months and have found myself in a very verbal abusive marriage. I live in Georgia, and need to know how to go about getting a legal separation. And if he contest the divorce how long will it take to actually get a divorce?? Thank you for your help!

    Consult a family law attorney. I would look for an annulment.
