    Transient Rental
I live in a trailer park that also has motel rooms. We pay our rent by the week. But we have been here 6 months. What kind of eviction process would have to be done? Could they just come and tell us to get out in 24hrs? Help

If you pay your rent weekly then they must give you written notice of at least one week.
