I am installing (replacing) a new ceiling chandelier. I think that I wired it wrong, because it's not working. I have a black wire, a white wire, and a ground coming out of the ceiling box. I have a lamp cord and ground from the chandelier. What is the correct way to hook the wires together....

Where does each wire go? I have 2 pull chains, 1 for the light and 1 for the fan. The fan is a multi-speed. There are 7 wires coming out of the fan box.
