    Memarriage without Decree
My finance and I are planning to married in a month. We recently found out that we need a copy of his decree of divorce to get a marriage licence. The court ordered him to take a class about how to tell your child you are divorce. He didn't do this class. But his x-wife went to the class and received a copy. Can we get married without the copy of decree?

Ask that exact question at your city hall. They may even answer it over the phone.

Getting married is serious enough that you'll do this first thing Monday, right?

    Yes

I was emailed from a lawyer that said he could get remarried without a cerificate from the class so long as the divorce was granted. It was... so I feel a little relieved. But I will still on Monday.
