It was like she as reading my mind. I broke down into tears a couple of times yesterday to the thought of "I can't do this anymore" and I was preparing myself to find her a new home. But she slept in her crate for the majority of the night. She woke up at 12, took to potty and back to the crate, she barked for about five minutes and then slept until 6, same thing potty and crate. She finally woke up at about 8, the first real night sleep I had in a week and it feels great. Didn't mess her crate at all. So right now I am going to blame it on the evil little worms and not my precious little Daisy. I feel like we had such a break through! Thank you for all of your help! :D

Congratulations!!
When my wife and I got another puppy 12 yrs ago, we finally got to the point that if she didn't start going outside, it was over! That was after 3 months, of going outside to poop, but peeing inside.
My wife finally said, "One more time, and I give up, find her a new home".
Molly (our housepuppy) must have understood, because ever since that time, she has never peed in the house again!
Persistence is the key, if it doesn't drive us crazy first. Congratulations again.

Maybe she needed her sleep too. A tired puppy is a good puppy. I hope you get the worms cleaned up soon. Once you do, she is old enough she should be sleeping through the night.

Dogs tend to be early risers. May want to keep her crate away from the morning sun, and reduce other clues. We once discovered the plant light we had on a timer was coming on at 5 AM waking the puppy. I reset the timer quick once I figured out the problem.

Once you have the worms cleared up, she should settle down into an enjoyable puppy. I think you tools to cope with most of the past problems. You will still need to be attentive to her to avoid accidents. Otherwise, no reason for housebreaking to ever carry on 3 months. It never did for any of my 14 puppies or any of the other people I talk to at our monthly meetings. Big thing is pay attention to the puppy, and learn its behavior.
