    Riding lawnmower oil filter
When changing the oil in my Wizard Riding Lawnmower, is there a filter that I have to change out? Thank you for your help.

Most engines smaller than 18 hp usually do not have an oil filter and also have no oil pump. Large engines have a pump so they can employ a filter which requires oil pressure rather than the splashed oil method in small engines.

Most of the time if there is a filter, it is located low on the left side of the engine.
