    Evict buyers
    We sold a home in Oklahoma , but the deed was never filed. Now the buyers haven't paid since feb. We live in Texas . How do we get them out when we are in another state?

    Ok, house was sold, and I will assume you carried a mortgage, Since there is a sales contract you can not just evict you will have to foreclose on them. Best and easist, hire an attorney in that town to do it for you.

    Got to spread the rep so can't rate, but he is absolutely correct.

    You need an attorney, in the State where the home is located to take care of this properly.
