    Chimney removal permits
    Must I have a permit to remove my chimney? We have a cottage in Rock Co. Fulton, Twp. Wisconsin. We are all electric now and the chimney takes space out of the little bedroom; also the chimney leaks alongside it.

    It is in good shape and can be easily removed. It is an inside type with brick at the top and block the rest of the way.
