Post incarceration and probation I was employed in a very high paying position for a company that closed their doors in September 2007. I was lucky to secure a job for this company through a friend (networking) and the company realized my intelligence and ability to manage people and problems as well as having people skills, communication skills, salesmanship and loyalty to my employer. They continually promoted me to higher positions and in different departments with increased remuneration and benefits. Since my employment stopped I have had difficulty in finding a job. I have been truthful about my life to all employers and believe the reason many employers do not want to consider me in their work environment is because for over 30 years I practice medicine and surgery. Apparently, employers feel I can't do anything in any other field of industry. This is totally false, but I believe it affects me even more than being a felon.

Are there employers who cater to felons and have places in the working world for executives decision makers.

I'm not aware of any companies who cater to felons. What an odd choice of words "cater"? You are just going to have to keep trying. I think they are more upset about you being a felon than they are you practiced medicine for 30 years.
