    Probabilty needed answered
    2 dice are rolled what is the probabilty at least one of them show a number greater then 4.

    You can access the probability factor on google.com. It gets really involved though.

    Whenever you see 'at least one' it is mostly best to find the probability of none and subtract from 1.

    So, what is the probability that none of them show a number greater than 4?

    There are 20 cases where there is a number > 4. List them out.

    Since there are 36 different cases with 2 dice, That means there are 16 that do not have a number > 4.
