Bilhete de Indentidade for Portuguese Passport
    Hi,
My mother is holding her Bilhete de Identidade & Documento para Viagem, which she's used to commute between goa & Bombay. Can she apply for portuguese passport based on these two documents. Or has she to go through the entire process like a new entry to get her passport, starting everything from scratch.
