    Probation violation
    How much time will u get for violating felony probation for drug charges? Only had 1 mth left of a 8 yr probation sentence. Original charge was drug charges.

    That's all going to boil down to if you get convicted of the new charge, then at your probation violation hearing the judge will sentence you accordingly. If you look at your original sentencing paperwork you will see what the judge had originally ordered for you to serve in jail. He will be using that paperwork to help him come to a decision. It does not matter if you had only one day left to serve of an 8 year probation sentence either. It's all up to the probation office, the DA and the judge.
