    Accounting Question:
    Which is NOT a characteristic of a Corporation?
    Increased borrowing ability
    Freedom to enter into and execute contracts.
    Freedom to deviate from generally accepted accounting principles even if stock is publicly traded.
    Or Perpetual existence.
