    Percentage of COGS over specific Sales Item
    How do I determine the percentage of Sale associated to a specific COGS item?

    I have no idea what you are asking. Getting a percentage of one thing to another is just dividing in that order. But COGS over sales? Why would COGS be more than sales? Are you sure that is what you're trying to ask?
