    Funds for felons
    Are there programs available to assist a convicted felon (DUI) in securing federal funds to start a business, go back to school and or purchase property in the state of Kansas or Missouri?

    This is a subject area that I am not an expert on. But almost anyone should be able to get a federal loan or grants from the US Government for school. I am not sure about a business or purchase. If you want to go to school, first of all apply for the school and get in. Then fill out the FASFA form, you can get this from the school or at FASFA.ed.gov. I know that there are scholarship from private organization you can apply for you just have to look...

    Nahhh. The government isn't in the job of helping felons. As a matter of fact, they made SURE that drug dealers CAN'T get college loans...
