    I found this website naming the last Miss Cambridge UK Business Directory & Local Guide - TheBestOf.co.uk but no way to apply. Best you can do is phone the chamber of commerce in Cambridge and have one sent to you, or go there and fill it out, which would be quicker, as the pageant is in June.
