    Probation max date reached NH
    Good morning

I was placed on probation for 2yrs in the state of NH. The max date has come and gone. Will I be receiving paperwork from the probation officer?

    Hello boo:

Not if you sit and wait for a bureaucrat to do his job.

Could they violate me if I don't receive this paperwork?

You need to call the probation officer and check with him as to the paperwork procedure. In some states you receive paperwork signed by the judge terminating your probation and then they send you this paper. In other states there is no paperwork sent to the person after the probation is ended. In either case it's a good idea to call up and find out exactly what day you are to be terminated from probation and ask if you will be sent paperwork or not. This way there is no guessing involved and you will know immeidately.

    Hello again, boo:

If you are truly OFF probation, they can't. But, without documentation, you don't know if they extended you, forgot about you, or what.

Certainly, if THEY screwed up, and were supposed to DO something that they DIDN'T do, and the result is that you're STILL on probation, should you do something that would violate your probation, they'll absolutely say that you should be in jail...

What?? You think they're nice people?? You think they'll admit their mistakes to get YOU out of jail?? Dude!

Can they simply extend my probation without any reason? I am wondering if they have forgotten about me...

You need to contact your probation officer and find out what their procedure is.

A milestone reached [ 15 Answers ]

Well, my 2 year old has reached a great milestone in his life! He is now peeing only in his potty chair, and only wears a diaper overnight. I am so proud of him! But one question. I have been rewarding him with cookies, but I'm afraid that's not a good thing. Does anyone know a good reward...
