I can't forget the bad experience in drinking rotten milk
Hi! Everyone in this site. Hope that you can solve my problem. I would be very thankful to all of you.
I have some psychology problem in seeing smelly things especially milk products, everything that is produce by cow. I can't even see or smell it. If I see or smells it I will get vomit. The other thing is, sometime even if I think about the bad smell, it will activate my emotion and feels want to vomit again. It really vomits.
If I still continue vomit. I scared that it will hurt my body health.
Is there anyway that I can solve this problem because I myself personally already did some research in getting rid of these bad experiences.
When I was small, I accidentally drink the rotten milk and vomit. At that time onward, whatever milk I drink or any awful things that I smell will makes me feel very uncomfortable and wants to vomit and especially the people that are smelly also I cannot stand.
I wish that some of you will solve my problem. Thanks

I really understand your feelings... as a matter of fact, I drank some milk yesterday that had started to go bad and got the trots.
I had a spinach salad quite a few years ago that caused me to throw up, and I have never really been able to have one since.
We are not just helpless victims to all the unpleasant things that happen to us in life... most of life, looking back, is about having a positive attitude and forging on. We can talk ourselves into anything. :)
My mother taught me how to smell food to see if it had gone bad... milk, cottage cheese, bacon. Lunch meat... this was before the stale dating that is required by law now.
It seems to me you can get stronger-minded, watch stale dates and be confident that you have done a good job and let go of your fear. :)

Thanks to you my friend. I will take your advice and follow what you been experience before. I have been studying some psychology partially myself to get rid of my fearless in milk and smelly things. It is still fail.:(
What your suggestion is that I need to see the things that I fear regularly until I'm not scared on the stale products. Will it affect my health if I do that to conquer my fearless?
Because everytimes I see it I will feel uncomfortable and it is not easy to overcome it.
Over the past year I have been doing myself in drinking milk or smell something that I don't like. About 2 month. Eventually, the result is still the same.
By the way, thanks for your helps. I will try it again to solve my anxiety in uncomfortable things. :) thank you.

I had a similar experience, when I was in the second grade I drank expired milk at school and have not been able to drink it since then... my problem may be a little less devastating than yours because I am able to eat other dairy products (that don't have that "milk" smell) but I think it's normal to have your stomach turn from other bad odors even if it comes from people...
You may be depriving yourself of the needed calcium that milk provides so I try to eat/drink calcium enriched products (like orange juice, broccoli, beans etc.) and always take supplements and vitamins to also get the nutrients my diet may lack!

Go to the store and get some mil plug your nose and get really freash milk, you are afraid you will vomit again and you have, you have to prove to yourself that you won't go home and force yourself to take a drink, and it may remind you of the rotton thingy BUT you will have conquered your fear. Try it and see what happened

Rotten egg smell

I have well water with a rotten egg smell, from what I am told it could be the anode rod in the hot water heater. I don't have a hot water heater, we have a hot water boiler that is used to heat the house and the potable water, also is the water dangerous due to the smell.
