    You may not have tochange the flange if all that's the matter is broken slot. They make repair kits for broken flanges, (see image) that most hardware stores sell. If you still wish to replace the flange we will need the material the pipe and flange's made of. Let us know. Tom

    Tom's right on both points. We'll move you to plumbing and maybe you can tell us why you need to make the flange change. The repair kit may be your easiest option.
