Can I continue employment in home country till I get EAD
    Hello,

My husband is applying for L1 visa and I will be applying for L2 visa. I am thinking of taking a leave in my current job till I get L2 Visa and the EAD in US. Once I get EAD I will resign from current job in home country and find job in US. Is it legal ? Is it against immigration law ?

You can apply for EAD once you enter US. It takes between 60-90 days.
