    I have a very few good question, and I need some one with expirience to answer them..
    1.What is the BEST basketball defense to play as a team?? Some people say it's the 2-3 zone defense what are your toughts?

    2. How far aways should you stand from your defender (PG defense) so you can play a tight defense, hold up with him, not get crossed over, and play hard and make him loose the ball, what about the hands? Do you use them or only follow him with your feet?

    3. What is the best tecnique in shooting or a jump shot or a 3 pointer, you have any sites about it or videos? what about your mental(mind)?

    4.How can you create space to make a good driving lay up? isolation? Double cross over and drive??

    5. How can you improuve badly in feet speed, to keep up with the defender?

    Please give me an answer and god bless you because I need these aswer because I am aiming the nba, reminder, I'm 14, 6 feet 1 tall, 150 ponds, play PG... by the way maybe my brothers wrotte something and that was them, there pretty close to me by age and everything but me, this is for me, so please help, I'm david by the way god bless you alll

    Hey, let's see if I can help...

    1. It depends on what team you're facing. But man-to-man is good and 2-3 or 1-3-1 are good also.
    2. 2 or 3 feet.
    3. You want to stay square to the basket. Elbow at a 90 degree angle. Keep the ball high. Release above your head. If your right handed, have your right foot first and vice versa, flick your wrist (follow through) and hold it for a second. Jump higher for more strength in your shot. Also, I think you were asking about the mental aspect of basketball. Get focused. Listen to good music. Visualize yourself succeeding. Be confident that you're the best player on the floor.
    4. Not sure. Normally you can pivot to create space. For driving, normally you can drive right by your man.
    5. Foot speed? Maybe a vertical jump program would work?
