    Residency training
    Sir I am doctor working in pakistan I have cleared my usmle step1,2 I am registered for step 2cs but the american consulate isn't giving me a visa for the last 1yrs over stupid excuse that my parents have agreen card any wayz I have also cleared my plab 1 exam going for plab 2 made nmo sense since uk has stopped offering training post too IMGS .
    1.do I qualify to start a residency in singapore?

    2.if not what will I have too do to get aresidency?
