    Please help
I am an F1 student from China. I worked for the university hospital last year and got some income. Therefore, I received my W2 (I am also a TA at school) and 1099-MISC (about $2,200) this year.
1). Is it legal for me to work for the university hospital, besides working as a TA (20 hrs/wk) at school?
2). Since all the income I received from the hospital has not been taxed, probably how much should I return for tax?

    Thanks!!

    1) As far as I know, it's legal, but I am not an immigration attorney, so take that for what it's worth!

    2) Report the amount reported in Box 1 of the W-2.
