Yes I plan too, but I need to know what I should do next to get more time before moving.
I live in HUD housing and when I was at work my boyfriend who was in my home was arrested for a bogus parole violation. My landlord called the police. The violation was dismissed, but now I've been served an unlawful detainer. I don't know if I will win in court, but I just need more time to move. The rent amount on the unlawful detainer was incorrect as well.

I refused to pay my Feb. rent because my landlord has not taken care of the black mold problem. She filed an unlawful detainer on 2/23 to have me evicted - no notices given. A friend of mine went to court for unlawful detainer. The case was dismissed. Does that mean if he tries to get another place it may possibly show up.
