Ask your attorney? Check your court documents?

To find the final date of discharge, it will be the date stamped on the final disharge paper work that the court sent to you that you are suppose to keep forever. Next it will be available online from the bankruptcy court web site of the court you filed, also available in person at the court clerks office. Also your attorney will have that date.

And no, it can not be removed in 7 years it will remain for 10 years on your credit report
