    Egal timeframe to pay back credit card debt
    I owed some money on a credit card dating back to the year 1995 is a collection agency now legally able to force me to pay back the debt

    That depends on where you live and when the last activity on the account was.

    Your obligation to pay the debt never expires. But the time a creditor has to bring suit to force you to pay does.
