Am I insane?
I think I have multiple mental disorders. Presently I know for sure that I have depression but I also believe that I have cyclothymia, mild schizoid, borderline, and mild ocd. My mother says that I am a hypocondriac and just think something is always wrong with me but I really think that I have issues. It doesn't help that I'm an artist and I guess its known they have a lot of issues too.

Hey artphoto, have you been consulted by a doctor? This would be the only way to prove any of this... If others are telling you something is wrong and you ALSO think there is something wrong, I would say it is safe to get to a doctor and get help. Being an artist is the best thing in the world to express yourself, I don't see it as being a threat in any way!

You are making a case for you to *be sick*... make an effort to be healthy!
Eat properly, get lots of exercise, talk to friends, have a couple of hobbies... that is what happy, healthy people do. :D Yeah, it takes effort to be happy and healthy. Don't work yourself into a bad place... it will take years and lots of therapy to get out of it. Best wishes in 2008! |
