    Adoption for my spouse
I have recently gotten married and my husband wants to adobt my son. My sons biological father did not sign his birth certificate when he was born he is now 4. But I recently put something in for my son to receive child support and when I went to court my sons biological father signed an affidavid. Can I still see about my husband adopting my son without permission from his biological father. He does not help at all. Can you give me some advise. Or can I even make my husband my sons legal guardian

No, even if you hadn't filed for support, the court would require that you make an attempt to get the bio father to relinquish his rights so your husband can adopt.
