    No water from one faucet
All of the faucets/water in my home are wortking properly ( hot and cold) except one suddenly just stopped.
In one room the water from one faucet suddenly stopped working. For both hot and cold water with there is barely a trickle when I turn on the hot or cold faucets.
The shower and toilet in that same room are working fine.

Background: we had a new hot water tank installed a week ago and when the faucet stopped working it was the first time I had turned on the hot water in that bathroom ( I had used the cold water often). The water worked for 2 seconds as normal and then just stopped.

Try unscrewing the screen at the end of the faucet and look for debris.

    Stratmado nailed this one... ;)

You want to unscrew the aerator at the end of the spout clockwise, then clean, then pulse hot and cold water to clear spout of any remaining sediment.. then re-install the aerator.

If messy spray afterwards, may want to replace the aerator (available at all home supply stores).

Low hot water pressure from kichen faucet only- 1 handle faucet [ 7 Answers ]

Hi. My question is similar to one asked a few posts ago except this is a 1 handle faucet. I plan on maintaining the boiler from now on but I have to fix the flow problem first. I disconnected the hot water supply line to the faucet and the pressure is excellent so I assume the problem is in the...
