    Restoring to computer to its original setting
    How I restore my dell desktop 8400 to its original setting/factory settings, step by step, please.

    Do you have your installations disks that cam with the computer?
    If so, put in the first disk and restart the computer. You should get some type of message or information screen.

    If you do not have the disks, post your model of your PC, the more info you provide the less questions back and forth
