I changed booster pump , and had sweeper checked by dealer I changed disk from red to blue can it be the way they istalled my pipes in ground?

Did the cleaner ever seem to work right? Its doubtful the problem is in the under ground piping, however you never know! There are plenty of things what will cause the 380 to run slow. You can start by taking out the restrictor desks you mentioned, they are only required if you have Too much pressure, so get rid of those. Then check the hose for leaking swivels and joints, start at the wall and check for leaks all the way down the line to the cleaner. Check the backup valve, many times it will get cracked from bumping into the wall and start spraying water out continuously. When you get to the head of the cleaner pop off the top and make sure all the hoses in the water management system are in place. Then check all the jets on the cleaner, there is a thrust jet that sprays water over a turbine inside, make sure these isn't a piece of trash stuck in the jet. If there is junk in the system, make sure your not missing the finger screen in the wall fitting. If all else fails, contact these guys: they have worked wonders with me over the phone!
