    No water from hot taps,
    When the hot taps, all of them, in the house are turned on there is no water coming from them, yet the cold taps are running fine, left the taps off then went back to them, the hot taps, and was a trickle of water, then nothing again, has done this a few times, please please help, any advice would be appreciated.

    Several things would cause a entire hot water system to go belly up. 1) if you have a heat trap nipple,(see image) coming out of the hot water outlet, replace it **or** 2) You could have let minerals built up in your water heater, by not doing maintenance and now the inlet ports on all faucets are clogged. My bet's on door number one. If you have a heat trap nipple, replace it. If you need instruction on how to maintain your heater click on back. Good luck. Tom
