    Am I going too slow?
    Hi I'm 16.. I weigh about 132 lbs.. I want to loose 20 lbs. I'm ona diet since 4 days and I lost 2 lbs. am I going too slow?

    No, that's very reasonable. You should only be losing 1-2 pounds per week. How tall are you?

    I'm 5'3", I would love to be 132 again!!
