    Bleach bubbles coming up from drain
    I own the garden and first floor level of a 3 floor building. My lower level bathroom has continually had, throughout the night, bleach bubbles coming up the drain and foaming out the emergency drain.

    The whole place smells like bleach and my eyes are stinging.

    What could this be- I can rinse out the tub and get rid of the bubbles- but they come back about 10 minutes later. We have gone through this cycle for about 2 hours now.

    Hey Michelle M. :

    Sounds like the water is beginning to back up in the main drain line. It may only back up when large volume of water used...

    Any washing machines in the units above you..
