What should I do if, I already bought the car from a dealership, and I am already driving it, but the dealership say that they will give me my title but after already almost about two months I still do not have my title?

Did you pay cash or are you financing the vehicle?

If you are financing, you won't receive the title until the loan is paid off.

If you paid cash, you should have a title by now. What is the dealership telling you about why it is taking so long?

Having been in the car business, I have seen title problems over many issues. A couple of examples would be they took the vehicle as a trade in, and the previous owner has not provided the title to them, for whatever reason.

Another is some small dealerships, who don't have a lot of operating capitol, have problems in paying off an existing loan on the vehicle and are waiting for some cash flow to be able to obtain the title if a payoff is required to do so.

If you don't get a good solid answer, I would file a complaint with the State Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division. That should get you some results.
