    Indirect manufacturing overhead
If indirect labour, material handlings and setup costs are listed in indirect manufacturing overhead, is there a possibility that material handlings and setup costs are already included in indirect labour?

Probably not. If they're listing them as three separate things, then I doubt there would be crossover. Even though labor could be involved in material handling and setup, they would likely want to include that particular labor with those costs and keep it separate from other indirect labor costs.
