    How can I access myspace from work when the computer is blocked by I-prism?

    You don't. Your employer owns the computing equipment that you use. They have the right to restrict access to anything they deem inappropriate for a work environment. If you tried to access such sites, you could find yourself without a job. Therefore it would be unethical for any of us to help you.
