    h2b visa beneficiary
    My husband and I are both in an h2b visa and this is are 3rd contract already. We're planning to bring are daugther on our nxt contract, what will be the chances that we can bring her here. Can we schedule her on the same day we'll have the interview on the embassy next tym. Should we bring her with us.

    To file for dependent visa, you will need copy of your passport (all pages) and supported documents from your employer. So you need to get visa stamped in your passport first then you can proceed with your daughter's visa.
