I need to remove some old, but very thin yellow adhesive from a concrete floor. The adhesive was used to glue a carpet to the floor. I have been using diluted muriatic acid and a metal hand-brush ("elbow grease"), but it it really difficult to take it off. It the acid is too strong, it etches...

Is there any easy way to loosen plumbing adhesive that may have been used to seat a the basin flange in a bathroom sink? I'm trying to completely replace the hardware on a bathroom sink and need to know how best to get the old flange out that is in the basin of the sink.
KZ650 sump gasket

Can anyone tell where I can obtain a KZ650 (cerca 77-80) sump gasket. I know I can get one from Athena-Ad in Italy but it is in a complete gasket kit.
