    What is the statute of limitations on violation of probation in ga.
    I received a dui in 2003 in ga. And was sentenced to iyr probation and community service.I then moved for employment issues thus,violating my probation.is there a statute of limitations or do istill have a warrant for my arrest?

    If a warrant was issued, it will be there till the day you die or the day you are arrested.

    You need to hire an attorney to look into it, and if the warrant is there, arrange your bail, and arrange for you to turn yourself in, and be bailed out.

    Remember if you are in a hurry and get stopped by the police, you will be a lot latter when they hold you on a warrant
