    John Deer 160 lawn tractor
    Why is the relay on my John Deer 160 mower burning up. I put a new one on, the engine runs and when I shut it off, it will not start anymore. The relay is kaput!

    Ouch, that sounds like you will have to do extensive electrical troubleshooting trying to find a short somewhere.
