The link to account services should be "https://..." not "http://..." and it redirects to Windows Live Sign In anyway if you aren't logged in. You change password under "Credentials" once logged in.

    YAY!
I got it.. I changed my password.

But I do wonder,is there anyway to keep safe from being hacked again?
And is there anyway to know if someone has been in my account?

This time I found out because of two wonderful friends who knew the moment they saw my msn logged in because I appeared"online" and not "appear offline" as I normally am,if not for them I wouldn't have known.

Access to your account relies primarily on the strength of your password and how you protect it. See Strong passwords: How to create and use them for tips.

If you think someone had unauthorized access, report it to Microsoft. They would need to look at their logs to determine if someone else had used your account. You might also want to create a new account and delete the old one depending on what other Microsoft sites your login can access. That's one of the drawbacks of Microsoft's universal login ID.

Additionally, if you login from computers that you do not own, such as at a library, clear any options to "keep logged in" or "remember me" so that your account info doesn't get saved in a cookie where it would accessible to the next user of the computer. Also, choose enhanced security features when offered during login to sites. This encrypts the communication between your computer and the site. Normally a yellow lock icon appears in the status bar when using this option.

The secret question route is quite easy.
This can be done by Social Engineering as most questions are based on personal information.
